1. One application form (TK02 for those over 14 years old/ TK02a for those under 14 years old – issued with Circular 31/2023/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security);

2. Two identical photos, 4x6 cm in size, taken against a white background, facing forward, head uncovered, no colored glasses, taken no more than one year ago, one photo attached to the application form and one photo attached separately;

3. One photocopy of a Korean residence permit (original for verification)/ or an entry/exit confirmation issued by the Korean side;

4. Documents proving Vietnamese nationality (one of the following documents – certified copy or photocopy with original for verification):

+ One photocopy of ID card/Citizen Identification Card/Citizen Identification Card (bring the original for verification)/ or;

+ 01 photocopy of Birth Certificate (bring the original for verification)/ or;

+ 01 copy of Birth Certificate extract/Copy (with red stamp)/ or

+ 01 photocopy of Birth Certificate Record Extract (bring the original for verification)/ or;

+ 01 Copy of Birth Certificate Record Extract (with red stamp);

+ 01 Decision granting Vietnamese citizenship (bring the original for verification)/ or;

+ 01 photocopy of Decision granting restoration of Vietnamese citizenship (bring the original for verification).

5. Documents confirming that the Vietnamese name and the name after acquiring Korean citizenship are the same for dual-citizens (for verification if necessary).

II. Fees/Charges: As stipulated in Circular 264/2026/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2016 and
Circular 113/2021/TT-BTC dated December 15, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance.
