Luc Nam Commune Police, Bac Ninh Province inspected and discovered a group of people using drugs at a tea shop.

In the early morning of October 22, the police of Luc Nam commune, Bac Ninh province, discovered a tea shop in Luc Nam commune owned by Truong Phan Tuan H. (born 2000), showing signs of gathering to illegally use drugs.

When the authorities requested an inspection, the shop owner locked the door and barricaded himself inside. Using professional measures, the working group forced the shop owner to open the door.

During the inspection, 6 subjects were discovered in the shop and all admitted to using synthetic drugs, including 4 men: the shop owner and the subjects Nguyen Van T. (born 1989) and Nguyen Van C. (born 1990); Nguyen Ba T. (born 2007), both residing in Luc Nam commune, Bac Ninh province; Lo Thi L. (born 2005) and Lo Thi H. (born 1999), both residing in Son La province.

In addition to these 6 subjects, Luc Nam Commune Police also clarified that there were 7 other subjects who participated in drug use and left first.

After conducting an initial investigation, determining that the case had signs of the crime of organizing illegal drug use (Article 255 of the Penal Code), Luc Nam Commune Police reported to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police to coordinate the investigation.

Based on the documents, the Investigation Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police (Drug Crime Investigation Police Department) issued a Decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the defendants and issue an Order to temporarily detain the related subjects to serve the investigation…
