Police have been asked to investigate two instances of violation.

The working group signaled to stop the vehicle for inspection, but the two people did not comply and accelerated to escape. After verification, the two violators were identified as N.C.A (born in 2008) carrying H.N.G.B (born in 2010), a student, and the police invited them to the headquarters for questioning.

Here, the police determined the violations to include: not obeying the traffic controller’s orders; underage driving; not wearing a helmet; not having a rearview mirror; and handing over the vehicle to an unqualified person. The total fine for the above acts is 17 million VND.

The Traffic Police Department recommends that driving without signals or avoiding inspection is a serious violation, potentially causing accidents for oneself and others. Parents need to strengthen management and absolutely not hand over the vehicle to their children who are underage.
