I. Regulations on receiving feedback and recommendations on administrative regulations

1. Feedback and recommendations on administrative regulations under the management authority of the Consulate General:

• Specific difficulties in implementing administrative regulations due to delay, harassment, non-compliance, or incorrect implementation;
• Inconsistency of administrative regulations with reality;
• Lack of transparency and publicity of administrative procedure information;
• Other issues related to administrative regulations.

2. Requirements for feedback and recommendations:

• Use Vietnamese or English. If individuals or organizations send feedback or recommendations in other languages, they must include a Vietnamese or English translation;
• Clearly state the content of the recommendations or feedback on administrative regulations and attach supporting documents (if any);
• Provide full name, address, phone number (or email address) and other necessary information of individuals or organizations submitting feedback or recommendations.

3. Forms of sending feedback and recommendations:

• In writing;
• By email;
• By telephone;
• Direct contact at the Consulate General’s office.
